Statute of the Scientific Council of ecoletra.com
Based on the voluntary activity of each member the Scientific Council carries out following activities:
1. 1. Provides professional recommendations within the publishing activities of professional texts of authors on the publishing platform ecoletra.com
2. R2. Reviews the professional texts and comments on the content of professional texts of authors publishing on the platform ecoletra.com
3. 3. Gives its statements towards the proposals for the improvement and innovation of electronic publications
In their activities derived from their tasks the members of the Scientific Council act independently and voluntarily in agreement with the author.
A.III. The structure of the Scientific Council
The Scientific Council of ecoletra.com was established by approval of this statute on the day of its signing by the partners of the company ecoletra.com LLC, who are also Chairmen of the Scientific Council of ecoletra.com and represent it externally. The membership in the Scientific Council of ecoletra.com is voluntary and the number of members is not limited. The condition of membership is the expertise of the member within the mission of the Scientific Council of ecoletra.com (A. I). The membership in the Scientific Council expires at the own request of the member, after appeal of the member, or after the death of a member.

A. IV. Rules of procedure of the Scientific Council
The meeting of the Scientific Council of ecoletra.com is based on the voluntary participation of each member. The meeting is convened by the Chairmen of the Scientific Council on their own initiative or on initiative of other member. The Scientific Council of ecoletra.com can discuss individual issues in electronic form.
A. V. Financing of activities of the Scientific Council
The performance resulting from activity of the member of the Scientific Council is honorable and without claims for remuneration.
A. VI. Final provisions
Amendments to the Statute of the Scientific Council may be carried out by the partners of the company ecoletra.com LLC in written form based on an agreement with the members of the Scientific Council.
This Statute of the Scientific Council comes into force on the date of signature of this document by the partners of the company ecoletra.com LLC
